Coming Out

Leonard Fink (1930-1992), was born and raised in New York, he studied law, and later, became attorney at the New York City Transport. According to his friends, he hated his job and worked as a photographer in his spare time. Following his death from HIV / AIDS in 1992, he left behind over 5,000 prints and around 25,000 negatives, which are now stored in the LGBT Community Center’s National History Archive in New York.
